Bay County Historical Society
has been preserving the unique
and rich history of Bay
County, Michigan, since 1919.
Housed at present in the
former armory, an historical
building, at 321 Washington
Avenue, Bay City, the Society
holds extensive archives and
artifacts some of these date
back to the Pioneer Society
organized in the 1870s, which
preserved information about
the settlement of the area...

is a US Navy Guided Missile
Destroyer. The intent of the
Saginaw Valley Naval Ship
Museum committee is to turn
the Adams into a floating
museum and berth her in the
historic Davidson Dry Dock in
